About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Auto Technician with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair to join our service team. If you are a dependable problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues and bringing vehicles back to peak performance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic & Electrical Work: Perform accurate mechanical, electrical, and computer diagnostics to identify engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical issues.
- General Repairs & Maintenance: Complete repairs on engine components, suspension, steering, brakes, exhaust, and heating/cooling systems.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and preventive maintenance services.
- Quality Assurance: Test drive vehicles pre- and post-repair to verify issues and confirm successful fixes.
- Documentation & Safety: Accurately document diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and parts needed on work orders while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience as an auto mechanic or technician.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools, scope meters, and technical service manuals.
- Certifications: ASE certification is a plus, but not mandatory for experienced technicians.
- Tools: Must possess your own basic set of hand and power tools (specialized equipment provided).
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
